The concept includes the form of a classical master class for conductors, and enables the leader's personal performance and communicative skills with gestures and body language. The conductor as the ideal leader is explored combined with a survey on the performing arts and the impact in the organization. Members of the Global Forum are invited to conduct the group. A conductor is a visible leader, who is listening intensively to the employees, implementing the strategy in the scope between power and force. The conductor holds the power in his hands - virtually owns it. By the act of music the power transforms into a shared force, owned by the whole ensemble. The organization is moved by this transformation. For this workshop the Irish Ensemble eX is participating. | 19:00 | Bus Departure to Carton House, Maynooth, Co. Kildare www.cartonhouse.com
